24 Hour Cancellation Policy
It is understood that unanticipated events occasionally occur in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following cancellation policy will be enforced. In the event that you choose to cancel or change your appointment time, kindly give 24 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment time so that SCT may arrange the rescheduling of your treatment. 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to your account should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time or not arrive for your appointment. A credit card number will be needed to reserve future appointments for non-compliance with the cancellation policy.
